How Kryshna works

The person-centred approach is a relational and collaborative way of working together, with a focus on understanding how things are for you. Kryshna believes what matters is how you perceive your inner world and experiences. Her intention is to listen and accompany you in your exploration, with genuine curiosity and acceptance, and without judgement or agenda.

Everyone's process is unique, and sessions are guided by your direction and pace. Kryshna holds a Clinical Diploma and an MSc in Contemporary Person-Centred Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute in London, and has several years of experience working in community-based counselling services across London. She follows both the UKCP and BACP Codes of Ethics.
